Website Themes & UI Customization

Customizing the Internal Admin Interface
How the Internal App Screens Look and Navigate
Separate from the public website, the backend (the internal screens you and your team use to run the business — Sales, Accounting, Inventory, etc.) has its own set of modern UI enhancements layered on top of the base interface.
Apps Sidebar
Adds a persistent left-hand sidebar listing your installed apps, so switching between Sales, Accounting, Inventory, and everything else is one click from anywhere, instead of navigating back to a central app-switcher screen each time.
Chatter Improvements
Improves the design of the chatter (the message/activity/follower panel on every record) and adds the ability to expand it, giving more room to read a long discussion thread or activity history without the rest of the form cramping the view.
Full-Screen Dialogs
Popup dialogs (e.g. a quick-create form, a wizard) gain an option to expand to full screen — useful on smaller screens or for dialogs with a lot of content that feel cramped in a small modal.
Color Customization
Change the backend's overall color theme (not the website's — this is purely the internal admin screens) to match your brand or personal preference, independent of any website theme choice.
Where to Configure
These are generally personal/company-wide display preferences set once under Settings > General Settings or a user's own preferences, and apply across every app rather than needing separate configuration per module.
