Website Forms

Adding a Form

  1. In Edit mode, drag the Form snippet onto the page.
  2. Pre-built form templates: Contact Us, Newsletter Signup, Request a Quote.
  3. Configure form fields (name, email, phone, message, dropdown).
  4. Set Submit Action:
  • Create a CRM Lead.
  • Send an Email.
  • Redirect to a Thank You page.
  • Subscribe to a mailing list.

Spam Protection

Go to Website > Configuration > Settings > Website Forms.

  • Enable reCAPTCHA (requires Google reCAPTCHA keys).
  • Set Email Domain Blacklist to block spam domains.
  • Enable Honeypot – Hidden field bots fill but humans don't.

Form Submissions

Go to Website > Configuration > Forms. View all submissions with timestamps and field values. Export to CSV. Each submission can create a CRM lead automatically.

Live Chat Widget

Add the Live Chat snippet or enable it site-wide in Website Settings to let visitors start a real-time conversation instead of filling a form — see the Discuss course's "Setting Up Live Chat" article for operator-side configuration.
