Introduction to HR
The HR Module
Go to Employees from the main dashboard. Manage your workforce: employee profiles, contracts, organizational structure, time off, and attendance.
Core Concepts
| Concept | Model | Description |

| Contract | hr.contract | Employment agreement: salary, working hours, start/end dates. |
| Department | hr.department | Organizational unit with manager and members. |
| Job Position | hr.job | Role template used for recruitment. |
| Time Off Type | hr.leave.type | Leave category (Vacation, Sick, Personal). |
| Time Off | hr.leave | Employee leave request. |
| Attendance | hr.attendance | Check-in and check-out records. |
Menu Structure
- Employees – Employee list, departments, job positions.
- Time Off – Time off requests, types, allocation.
- Attendance – Check in/out, timesheet analysis.
- Reporting – HR analysis, attendance analysis.
- Configuration – Settings, departments, job positions, time off types.
Employee Self-Service
Every employee has their own login to see and update parts of their own record (emergency contact, bank account for payroll, private address), request time off, and view their own attendance/payslip history — HR doesn't have to be the single point of entry for every small update.
