Introduction to Social Media Management
One Place to Post Everywhere
Rather than logging into each platform separately, connect your accounts once and compose, schedule, and review performance for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, and YouTube from inside Quickenerp.
Core Concepts
| Concept | Description |
|---|---|
| Media | A supported platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). |
| Account | One connected page/profile on a given platform. |
| Post | A single piece of content you compose, which can go out to several connected accounts at once. |
| Sub-post | The actual per-account copy of a post — each has its own publish status, since one platform can succeed while another fails. |
| Stream | An inbound feed (mentions, comments, or a hashtag) pulled in for monitoring and engagement without leaving Quickenerp. |
Connecting an Account
- Go to Social Media > Configuration > Accounts (or click Add Account from the dashboard).
- Choose the platform and log in through that platform's own authorization screen (OAuth) — Quickenerp never sees or stores your platform password directly.
- Grant the requested permissions (posting, reading insights) for the specific page/profile you manage.
