Creating & Managing Price Lists
Price Lists
Define different prices per customer segment or currency. Go to Sales > Configuration > Price Lists. Enable "Multiple Price Lists" in Settings first.
Creating a Price List
- Click Create.
- Name - "Wholesale EUR", "Retail USD", "Student Pricing".
- Currency - All prices in this list use this currency.
- Country Group - Restrict to specific countries.
- Sequence - If multiple apply, lowest sequence wins.
- Save. Add price list items in the Items tab.
Price List Items - Each Rule Explained
| Field | Options | Description |

| Applied On | All Products / Category / Product | Scope of this rule. |
| Min Quantity | Any number | Minimum qty for this rule. Volume discounts. |
| Compute Price | Fixed / Discount % / Formula | How final price is calculated. |
| Fixed Price | Any number | Exact price. Ignores list price. |
| Percentage Discount | 0?100% | Discount from list price. |
| Price Round | 0.01+ | Round to nearest increment. |
| Price Surcharge | Any number | Extra amount added to computed price. |
| Start/End Date | Dates | Seasonal or time-limited pricing. |

Assigning Price Lists
- Set on customer contact form → Price List field.
- Pre-filled on new quotations. Override per quotation.
- Changing price list on a quotation recalculates all line prices.
