The Quickenerp Dashboard

When you log in, the dashboard shows a summary of key metrics and activities relevant to your role. The home dashboard is module-aware – if you open Sales, you see sales KPIs; if you open Accounting, you see financial metrics.

Dashboard Widgets – Complete Reference

Customising Your Dashboard

Adding/Removing Widgets

  1. Click the Customise Dashboard button (pencil icon, usually top-right of the dashboard).
  2. A panel opens showing available widgets. Drag widgets from the panel onto the dashboard grid.
  3. Remove widgets by clicking the -- icon on any widget.
  4. Rearrange by dragging widgets to new positions on the grid.
  5. Resize by dragging the bottom-right corner of any widget.

Configuring Widget Parameters

Click the gear/cog icon on any widget to configure:

  • Date Range – Today, This Week, This Month, This Quarter, This Year, Last 30 Days, Custom.
  • Comparison – Show previous period or same period last year as a comparison column.
  • Filters – Add model-specific filters (e.g. only "Confirmed" orders, or a specific sales team).
  • Chart Type – For charts, switch between bar, line, pie, and donut.

Module-Specific Home Screens

Each module has its own tailored home screen when you enter it:

  • Sales Home – Quotations to process, overdue orders, monthly sales target vs actual, top-selling products, sales by team.
  • Inventory Home – Low stock alerts, incoming shipments, stock valuation, inventory turnover, products to reorder.
  • Accounting Home – Cash balance, overdue receivables, unpaid bills, profit/loss snapshot, bank reconciliation status.
  • CRM Home – New leads, pipeline value, won/lost this month, team performance, upcoming activities.
  • Projects Home – My tasks, overdue tasks, project completion status, timesheet summary.
